HealthFinders Partners with St. Olaf and Carleton to Provide Quality Healthcare to Northfield and Faribault Communities

College Health Corps VISTA , Megan, is serving at HealthFinders as the connector between HealthFinders and Carleton and St. Olaf Colleges. HealthFinders, located in Northfield, Minnesota, has been “providing a comprehensive and individualized access point to health and wellness opportunities” since its inception in 2005. Megan has served as a liaison between HealthFinders and these campuses, and she has created systems to ensure that the partnerships will remain a mainstay for the community.
