Presidents’ Engaged Campus Awards Luncheon

This event brings together a variety of civic engagement stakeholders both to celebrate the good work already being done across the state and to consider ways of building on that work for greater impact.

REGISTRATION

Awardees will receive one complimentary registration. IAMNCC AmeriCorps and VISTA members can also attend at no cost, contact program staff for your comp code.

Individual attendee: $60 (early), $70 (regular)
Student/AmeriCorps member: $15 (early), $20 (regular)

Early bird rates are available through February 28, 2020. Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. on April 3, 2020, unless the event sells out earlier. Register here.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Irene Fernando will provide a keynote address. Irene founded Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF) while a University of Minnesota undergraduate student. She went on to lead STLF for 11 years and has since been a Bush Foundation Fellow, taught social entrepreneurship at Saint Mary’s University, worked in organizational design at Thrivant Financial, and most recently became the Hennepin County Commissioner for District 2. She will provide reflections on how we expand who sees themselves in the story of community leadership, key moments in her education that shaped her path, and how colleges and universities can prepare students for work, life, and citizenship.
